I quite enjoy Natasha Denona eyeshadows. I have the Purple-Blue Palette 28 and Palette #9, and decided to pick up a few more. I thought about getting the Green-Brown Palette 28, but all of the shadows in Palette #9 are in the Green-Brown palette, and I’m not interested in all of the greens. I decided to pick up Palette #13 to avoid overlap in the Purple-Blue palette.
Most of Natasha’s shadows are quite shimmery and metallic. This palette is a little different than the other Palette 5’s because it contains 3 shades that are matte/satin out of the 5, which makes it a little more complete.
85P Pinija has a gorgeous green-brown shift, and I am in love with it. 78M Umber is a golden brown shimmer that works well as a transition shade. Unfortunately, the Natasha Denona matte shades (90V Sand Storm, 88V Arizona, 57V Flamingo) are not quite as amazing as the shimmery shades. They’re not bad, but they can go a bit patchy, and I have issues getting the mattes to blend easily with the shimmers.

Palette #13 gives a more complete look than most of Natasha Denona’s other palettes, but it’s not perfect. I’d say go for Natasha’s shimmery shadows with the understanding that you’ll need other shadows to help fill in gaps.
Update: Now available at Sephora.
